T1 CS players : Nitr0, Ethan, autimatic
T2 CS players : steel, Shahzam, sick, dephh, tenz, subroza, koosta, zellsis, s0m, yay
Potential T1 but left before : wardell, leaf, vanity, xeppaa
CS Subtop : dapr, crashies, Mitch, gmd, wippie, effys, penny, android, wippie, cooper, moose, dazzle, roca, neptune and more
Former top or retired : Hiko, Skadoodle, FNS, hazed, swag (brax)

I have a french perspective so I probably missed some subtops or up-and-comer. But yeah, that's how I would rank them.
Some T2 have been playing T1 cs at some point (Shahzam, sick, dephh, tenz, koosta...) but weren't playing anymore or didn't really had the level. steel is a special cases has he always was a T1 player to me, but couldn't play T1 because of his valve ban for throwing.
