You always say "in this circumstance" "in that circumstance" this and that would be ok. But in truth there are so many unique circumstances that riot has to consider, and if they make a specific rule for a specific circumstance and not making a general clear-cut rule, other teams will be pissed. In this case Heretics chose to do this, and they play in Riot's league, and riot made this decision, so Heretics needs to accept this.
