Tbh ive never really fully committed to supporting one team. The rosters ive really been a fan of have been v1 (rip) the guard (rip the org) and c9w (now sr gold), but none of these teams have ever been bad/had their most important players leave so i guess my fandom has never really been tested

The thing I hate the most about valorant fans is that they don’t seem to understand that the a players comfort in the role and system he is playing in makes a MASSIVE difference. Like how often do we see players absolutely fry on one team then join another and look like ass. So no, EG 2023 wasn’t a fluke, it was a very good coach putting together 5 players with the ability to play at the highest level who mesh well with each other.

Yup, peoples opinion on G2 with jawgemo is the best litmus test for whether someone knows val at all. I see tons of people saying either jaw is mid or that he doesn’t mesh well with g2 when both are just wrong. Also people who complain about g2 being slow and boring either haven’t watched any G2 this year or are letting last year cloud their opinions of this years team.
