i'm not op but the answer is yes and no. no because your innate reaction time is based on genetics but yes because there are a million things that influence it. the most important factors are probably hardware (monitor refresh rate, input lag, mouse click latency, etc) and the amount/quality of your sleep.

play one role and the same 1-2 agents per map, REALLY IMPORTANT THINK WHEN YOU PLAY don't do the same play every round switch it up think ab what the enemy does, if there are any tendencies you can punish like a guy lurking somewhere all the time, or them not watching flank, etc. play dm every day (not tdm), warm up either in game or aim trainer for like 10-15 mins before ranked and if all that doesn't work but you really want to rank up start abusing caffeine

you shouldn't have high expectations and then it's not going to be underwhelming. i think it's good to pass time when there isn't any vct or the more competitive vcl leagues
