Does anyone know MaKo’s Tracker, not his main account cause he barely plays on that.

posted 2 months ago

Does anyone know if Kai is back for Trace

posted 2 months ago

i mean sometimes it means something, for example, was there a rumor going around at the start of last year that Gen G hadn’t lost a single scrim in months

posted 2 months ago

bc ppl still think better mechanic = better player.

posted 2 months ago

notice how not 1 of the player we dropped even had a semblance or success after we dropped them

posted 2 months ago

TYLOO last?
Mans just guessing

based on the agents they are playing in ranked, it looks like free1ng is gonna be the senti.

Usually, Flashback only players duelist and senti in ranked, so when he started playing sova and fadei thought it was bc they switch him to scan, and i was right. Recently, free1ng who usually only plays senti and clove in ranked is playing a lot more scan initiator.

posted 2 months ago

i don’t think they are changing mako’s role

Looks like Flashback is gonna be senti, free1ng will be scan and athan will be flash

posted 2 months ago

Keep in mind MaKo was performed better than Karon in both kickoff and stage 1. Only reason Gen G made it further is bc they outclassed DRX in every other role

posted 2 months ago

nah, I like Athan more, MaKo will be fine

posted 2 months ago

if it counts, I was actually debating KRU over Lev and 100T, but decided not. To be KRU got a clear upgrade while both Lev and 100T worse/sidegrade.

posted 2 months ago

yep, totally not biased at all:)

posted 2 months ago

I have all the DRX players in the top 20 but good list imo

posted 2 months ago

free1ng has been playing a lot more scan initiator recently.
Saw a similar thing this time last month with flashback so it looks like free1ng is the scan now.

I honestly don’t mind either way

posted 2 months ago

not even joking, there are certain teams that i couldn’t give af about even if I wanted to. And TH is one of those teams.

posted 2 months ago

I actually want EDG to win the Asia Invitational over DRX because it will actually put to rest that narrative that EDG’s run was a fluke

posted 2 months ago

we know it’s you dort

posted 2 months ago

my take is mostly based on the assumption PRX actually have a team with set roles and more normal comps, and have either jinggg or something learn all the duelist agents so they don’t rotate all the time

posted 2 months ago

i gave the benefit of the doubt tbh, i really like the new player, they were the #1 seed in EMEA heading into stage 2 playoffs.

Overall, probably bias but i like the roster

posted 2 months ago

EMEA
1st Team Heretics
2nd Fnatic
3rd Team Vitality
4th FUT
5th Karmine Corp

Pacific
1st DRX
2nd PRX
3rd Gen G
4th T1
5th Sin Prisa

Americas
1st G2
2nd NRG
3rd Sentinels
4th Leviatan
5th 100T

China
1st EDward Gaming
2nd Trace(interchangeable)
3rd BLG(interchangeable)
3rd FPX
4th Wolves
5th XLG(if they drop Mr Cani)

posted 2 months ago

DRX, first pro val match i’ve ever watch was the match they had against Zeta in reykjavik

posted 2 months ago

i can understand you doubting XLG, but saying those other teams are better than BLG rn is crazy. BLG have been the best performers so far in FGC

posted 2 months ago

imo, think it would honestly be fair to say trace should be a clear second

posted 2 months ago

honestly solid imo, you forgot trace for cn tho, they should def be 2nd in cn.

Sure they got destroyed by EDG and DRX. But those are the teams that know exactly how to play against them.

also forgot fpx, they were cn 2nd seed for every event last season, even if they struggle now, they should be given the benefit of the doubt

also, what puts KC above Fnatic?

posted 2 months ago

BLG
Trace
Wolves
FPX
all beat Liquid

posted 2 months ago

FPX dropped lysoar for yosemite

I think yosemite is clearly better, however, it won’t be surprising if lysoar surpasses him

posted 2 months ago

do DRX have extremely private scrims or what

posted 2 months ago

I kinda fw this

posted 2 months ago

top at 6 champs after 2 months of igl, while still being the 3rd best fragger on the team ahead of foxy9 and BeYN

posted 2 months ago

They are everywhere now. This reminds me of late 2023 early 2024 when they got demon1 and Ethan. They all just randomly popped up out of nowhere

posted 2 months ago

point still stands

posted 2 months ago

Best itw after playing a single non-LAN tournament against 3 other new-ish teams in the offseason, is a crazy overreaction

posted 2 months ago

they already reinvented themselves. Switch igl to a more aggressive and risk taking player, who openly said he likes igl and because being able to outplay the other igl gives him a rush. They finally got that 2nd initiator that they wanted so bad, they even tried moving all over to flash to see if that would work out, but now they have S1Mon to fill that role. They have a player than can flex any tole(smoggy). EDG didn’t just look better when they changed, and it isn’t the fact that they peaked at the right time like people try to argue. They genuinely became the best team itw, after those changes, because they whole system that after set up was finally perfected when S1Mon joined.

posted 2 months ago

both him and smoggy won’t be attending this event, they still want to relax a bit more before playing events again. Last year the whole team got burnt out because they played 5 off season events. 3 of those events being the same length as masters madrid. If you watched the documentary they had, the players straight up looked dead because they were always either playing a tournament of scrimming for about 3 months straight.

For reference, EDG participated in 12 LAN tournaments in 2023. And it was even worse in 2022. These guys realistically, haven’t had a real break in years

however, they will be playing in an event later next month.

posted 2 months ago

def not a masters, i def see a world they make champs in that 4th slot tho. But as of right now, they awouldnt be top 5 in cn. EDG FPX, Trace, Wolves, Nova, all look better

posted 2 months ago

I rate both FPX and Trace above NRG.

FPX had bad recent performances but that’s mainly bc they recently started practicing again, and they only had 1 match so far with yosemite. Autumn also doesn’t look like his usual self and i trust he will play better as he plays more in the offseason

Trace also clear all NRG EG and C9 when kai comes back.

I can also see other teams like Wolves, Nova, XLG, BLG, beating these NRG EG and c9 teams however they won’t be favored

posted 2 months ago

I think 3rd in cn at the very best

posted 2 months ago

If you put these teams(c9, eg and NRG) into the cn region excluding EDG for obvious reason.

How far do they go?

posted 2 months ago

my bad, i forgot valorant was a 1v1 fps game

posted 2 months ago

oh she’s def has a better peak than sym

posted 2 months ago

Congrats termi, my GOAT

posted 2 months ago

Nah, different factors, for one, EDG didn’t suddenly get way better, they made crucial changes to the coaching staff and they benched a player

Without including S1Mon’s very first game, EDG did not lose a single match except the G2 match which could have gone either way

They had always wanted to play double initiator, that’s why kk played some initiator at time. I’m guessing they tried smoggy and it didn’t work. Adding S1Mon basically gave everyone comfort. Haodong who was their main smokes got replaced by smoggy on that role. S1Mon who is a way better flash than anyone on that team joined, and it was lucky, but turns out nobody the exactly the type of the player that EDG needed for an igl.

Also, anytime you sub out of player you that goes sub 100 acs more than the rest of the team combined. It’s usually an upgrade
