if we are talking about pro play then agent bans would kill the game
each pro team would be forced to keep making new team competitions every 2 games with a certain map, since any team can then instead of putting the effort into anti-stratting them just ban their most valuable agent (most likely the meta initiator for that map since it sets up the team most of the game), making even scrimming dangerous since now leaking your team composition has tenfold more impact than it would normally have.
i dont think its feasible to expect players to have perfect control over 2-3 agents across multiple maps such that all their set plays still work.
each coach would also have to prepare multiple team compositions for each map for every possibility, no one can even properly practise in such an environment
it would just make luck>hardwork into the game

if its ranked/unrated then yeah fuck the person who chooses deadlock and throws the game instantly
