FNC, NaVi, TL and KOI can easily compete with anyone. Vitality and Heretics could be the surprise underdogs and I can see KC and Giants fighting for a Masters spot although it seems improbable. The only teams that don't seem good enough to me are the Turkish teams

Heretics are the biggest Spanish team and they just joined the LEC so they have a good relation with Riot. They usually make good teams on the games they compete so I expect them to be at least playoff contenders, the only exception was this year's VRL where they tried to rebuild but failed. Hopefully they can get Nukkye and Avova to reunite the Avengers, Imagine the first European Champions come back to win it again.
