A native Japanese speaker here can confirm his japanese is 100% fluent. Thier problem would be poor agent pools from takeJ and Hare, both superb players but seems only confortable in Rayna/Sage, maybe Skye.

Previously munchkin was IGLing while he can barely speak Japanese. New IGL Astell who is fluent both in Japanese and Korean will hopefully improve the communication problems they have been talking about throughout the last year.
