We finally had Chinese teams that looked like they could do actual damage (EDG and FPX). Trace had two life games and finished first in Group C.
And the most exciting part of Champs 2024 was it having an actual group of death (B group)
Now look at this year’s Champs - legit every team (besides PRX, FNC and TL) on paper look like massive fucking gluesniffers.
You know why there isn’t a group of death this year? Because 13 of 16 teams are fucking BAD. 2 of the 3 good teams are 1st seeds. You can’t even make a group of death even if you tried.

Jinggg injured his wrist back in Toronto, doctor said it will take a few months to fully heal. Might flare up at the most unfortunate times, you might never know

I do believe a Chinese team will take it home because they have one extra week for prep. Just IDK who tho
