Riot can sell it if they want to, they just definitely don't want to, the whole point of the partnership system is that there is no buy in so riot can have full control and reap the rewards. There is no way that tsm gets accepted into Americas franchising over orgs like g2 and fly or even smaller orgs like dig and sr, they dont even have an lcs team, if they could get into china franchising it would be a massive opportunity and not something to push aside on the ofchance of taking eg's spot, which will definitely go to g2 btw.
