People act like PRX has reinvented themselves, yet they just play like they did in Copenhagen. The fact that something drops 52 on Reyna in a grand final vs DRX just proves that Pacific is a Farmers League.

Reyna has 0 value in pro play, every Diamond+ player knows that, something could play Jett and have a greater impact. But no, he farms on Reyna like it's a ranked game. He can't do that against teams like Fnatic, NRG or LOUD. PRX will even have it difficult against teams like NAVI and Lulquid, because they play so slow. Decent teams know how to counter PRX's playstyle by now and they WILL do it.

Riot honestly missed their chance to popularize the game in Germany by not franchising a German team.

Yes Americans need to understand that diversity does not mean skin color. Europe is culturally diverse. Greece and Estonia have very little to do with each other. There are Muslim-majority religious countries in Europe (Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia), and there are of course very Christian countries in Europe. Even if it is only a short trip from Germany to France, for example, the culture is still very different. Americans need to stop with the "they're all white, so they're not diverse".

Fnatic vs Navi showed that Fnatic was far and away the best in their region.

Loud and NRG are clearly better than Navi, and Furia/100T/Sentinels were closer to Navi than I expected (like just under Navi). Liquid looked terrible, Vitality is clearly #3 EMEA. Largely, America's is still better than EMEA.

As a European it was always hard for me to understand American culture. What was fascinating for me is that they like bragging about their freedom which was weird for me, because I didn't think that I have any less freedom than them. I always thought 'What is the difference'. However after this game I finally understand it. NA is just so fucking free.

These Ego andys started getting so high off of their own farts after beating bottom tier EMEA teams thinking they would field the majority of the final 4 teams. Now they are facing the very likely prospect of having 0 teams qualify.

Since they are known to be crybabies will they cry foul saying the tournament is rigged? Will they say the organizers poisoned their burgers?

What will be the fallout of this embarrassing performance?

It's a LA culture problem. Worked Europe, china, and north American league scenes - the NA one has a huge issue with inflated self and laziness compared to the other regions. Until the esports scene moves out of LA, it'll continue to fail.

Why practice when you can get high and eat takeout? Why push yourself when grifters blow smoke up your ass because it's the town of egos and bullshit sold to make money with minimal effort or work? The culture takes talent and kills it for greed.

Has nothing to do with NA born and everything to do with that city and the personality types it enables and habits it produces in that scene.

EDIT: to be clear, I'm not against work/life balance and think a lot of habits in esports are unhealthy and problematic/abusive to the players. Unfortunately, in the market you're competing against very unhealthy habits and at that level, the margins for error are ripped open in comparisons. But I also think the LA culture in esports needs a big reality check and their blank check books taken away because they're fucking the entire system.

People are losing their minds even though the top 3 EMEA teams that will play every tournament from now on anyway are in the Omega bracket. Who cares how good Giants, KOI or KC are if they will never be better than Liquid, Fnatic and NAVI and thus never be relevant for international tournaments?

Americas is the strongest region, but that was obvious from the moment it became clear that LOUD and Leviatan would be lumped together with NA and EMEA would remain as it was before.
NRG is better than the 4th and 5th best EMEA team? Karmine Corp lose against LOUD? BBL lose to DRX? What a fucking surprise. EG winning against Heretics is a fair matchup where you could say that EMEA was trash.

If you seriously think Americas/DRX won the whole thing already, wait until the best teams in the region play before you make judgements. If you want to be a bully online to feel better about your miserable life, wait until Sentinels/100T win against Fnatic or KRU/Leviatan win against NAVI.

NA got LOUD + LEV while EMEA remained the same. Everybody knows Americas is stronger, it's about NA.

You want the rivalry vs EU but cry when the FPX players post banter tweets? This is what NA vs EU is about, do you think they have something against these players personally?
Also XSET fans cry of all people, your players literally do the same thing as the FPX players. BCJ: "stax is from a worse region and I think crashies and myself are the best initiators"

Its fine if you hate FPX because you don't like their tweets and think they're "arrogant" but if you love teams like Sentinels or XSET on the other hand you are just a hypocrite. If you want all players to be nice to eachother and no trashtalk at all you can hate on FPX, sure. But if you enjoy trashtalk, then stfu if your enemy team trashtalks you. This also goes to the FPX fans who cry rn because vlr.gg trashtalks FPX. If you're an FPX fan and you're reading this, they lost, so what? Don't cry about others being toxic to FPX now.

I can appreciate Sentinels and XSET because I know its not serious and it brings more hype. Imagine if Sentinels were actually good and would play against FPX, the hype would be insane, the trashtalk would be insane, twitter would go wild.

This is what NA vs EU rivalry is about! I want to see EMEA fans boo the Sentinels players, or NA fans boo the FPX players, cuz its more hype when they actually win and make the crowd go silent. This is just a game and shouldn't be this serious. This is how football rivalries work too. If Barcelona plays against Real Madrid, and Barcelona win in the Santiago Bernabeu, you want the Barcelona players to provoke the Real Madrid fans and you want the Real Madrid fans to boo them, to be angry and silent, because this is what rivalry is about!

These players are all chill with one another, they respect each other and just say these things to farm twitter impressions and create more hype. You like to claim everyone nowadays is soft, yet you guys are the soft ones and don't even realize it.
