well, i am super healthy irl and I only play 2 deathmatches 2 comp matches a day. I avoid tilting by just listening to music as I am playing. I make sure I am not completely focusing on the match. If someone is being toxic or people are being toxic to each other I mute them and play my own game, and even if we will lose that I still play it how I always would. Try to drink water when in game and also dont think about elo that much. I am not a person who really tilts, so it is hard for me to say. drinking water, listening to music and muting idiots work for me.

i rlly enjoy playing with toxic players, it makes the game more fun. I never initiate toxicity, but if others are being assholes to anyone on the teeam ill be toxic back, its fun. Also i said that u shouldnt care about elo that much, try to havee more fun in ranked and u will rank up like that. I started trolling, haveing more fun in ranked a month ago and i went from g2 to d2. idk, mental has big role in valorant
