I genuinely think it's coaching staff or IGLing
runner and kicks individually looked way better and confident and in form on their previous teams, sure it's T2 rather than T1 but they look lost which is really bad
sayf + trexx are tried and true and don't even look to be their usual form

Raze is an aggressive entry duelist, and while Jett CAN be played in that style, she can also be played as a "take 1st fight with op and fall back and play op angles" as well. Yay on OPTIC only played Jett and Chamber and did the aforementioned playstyle, while on BLEED he has to play an aggressive entry duelist Raze and Jett, which is a completely different playstyle. It isn't about what his team knows, and they're definitely not stupid, but it's what they need. They signed yay expecting him to be able to adapt to the aggressive entry duelist playstyle, and he just hasn't. They then tried playing yay as different roles and let someone else be the aggressive entry duelist, and that also didn't work. So now they're just stuck. shubham932002's analysis is on the nose.

Yeah, it totally makes sense I was just not aware of the franchising removal system with evaluations. I remember many conversations about "Bad Orgs" joining franchising and some orgs missing out, and it wasn't mentioned then. I'm glad to hear this system is in place!

this player is a great personality
leaf is probably the best sentinel in NA individual skill wise
icy can fill any role and is young and will get along vibes wise with the team, he's a gamble but it seems to be paying off slowly
icy also proved he has an insane skill ceiling and individual prowess, it just hasn't showed up yet. give him time to cook.
massive W, this gives a genuine reason for upcoming players to play ranked and grind it out to be in higher divisions automatically but also gives a more uniform way for teams to qualify for challengers rather than open qualifiers.
