oyasumi punpun great recommendation I forgot it somehow
I'm Central so I wouldn't know about how many there are on MM servers but from the people I know there aren't many. I am mostly friends with people in Eastern US though. Might be different on Western US servers.
15 series head to head vs kangkang:
whzy:
618-622 234 acs
kangkang:
826-565 300 acs
average ACS over career for whzy is like 285 on jett/raze
I think it's mental / edg being very good
CSGO is massive in China, if you include skin trading. It seems like a lot of chinese aren't interested in competitive but rather the marketplace and I've met some on surf servers and minigames. I just think they are enjoyers of everything but the competitive queue.
Psychological? The Summer Hikaru Died or A Story About Smoking at the Back of the Supermarket
Gyakusatsu Happiendo (Massacre Happy End) is good too, so is Fire Punch.
If you want something shorter read the one shot Sayonara Eri
editing this to be a list of all the players:

and it's still true for those players that being constantly ridiculed and having insane expectations constantly pushed on them is wild. however, comparing Marved and Yay who are seasoned players and competitors to 3 of the players on this team who have little to no pro experience diving into a massive streamer's team in front of thousands is completely different. they might not know how much it will affect them or how bad it will potentially be.
Not at all, I think they should take any opportunity they can. I'm moreso saying that it sucks that they have to deal with the ridicule in the first place due to the viewers having extreme expectations.
I just checked all of the VLR pages for these players (I assumed they were streamers again, which is my fault) and they are actually good upcoming talent. That is my bad, I actually kinda like this roster now and Toast giving them a chance. Apologies.
Yeah unfortunately the players who don't play up to the standard the viewers set for them will most likely get shit on. Really sucks considering that I think Toast has great intentions of making rosters for fun and recognition for the scene, which in theory is a good idea. However the players getting ridiculed happened last time he made a roster and unfortunately could happen again. Hoping this time it changes though.
no real competitors besides katarina, another publicity roster
no real issue with that just that the expectations should be that it is for fun/publicity and recognition rather than to win
8 hours average almost on the dot
my recommendation is to figure out your wakeup time, let's say 8am
roll back 8 hours, so 12am is when you want to be asleep by
30 minutes before then you should be in bed attempting to sleep (11:30pm)
30 minutes before then you should stop screentime and if needed take a sleeping pill like melatonin (11pm)
hope this helps some insomniacs 👍 setting a good schedule and habits is very useful
thank you netero very cool
I think it's down the coaching/igl
cryo was being thrown into sites by himself entering and dying solo a lot of rounds until he eventually played a more passive role and let other players entry and started to go back to the playstyle he is best at. I feel like their defaults and site takes were really bad for a long time, but hopefully that changed (seems to have)
They have the pieces to make it work and were looking better at the tail end of the split. Cryo is looking to be back in great form and fardiis said they are looking very good (could be troll knowing fardiis). A bit of copium as well.
I think GE winning is extremely possible, I have them to make the final. I just think gen.g has the pieces to win and really should, but it's down to if they have improved or not.
I think whoever wins the sentinels/100T match will win the entire LCQ personally. I think c9 will fall off and none of the SA teams in the bracket are looking strong enough unless massive improvements were made.
Klaus 1.41 rating dominates tournament and axeddy subbed in every match drops a 1.38 for the strongest duo act out of any Riot affiliated event ever until DFM qualifies for next year's Champions and they all drop 1.25+ with 0 map losses
Who are taking the last Champions Slots and why? Discuss. Pick'ems appreciated.
2 EMEA
1 Americas
1 Pacific
1 China
My predictions:
Americas: South America will get ousted by NA teams and it will be down to whether C9 is still up to par, if Sentinels have improved or if 100T is in the form they're supposed to be in. I lean towards Sentinels or 100T pretty 50/50.

EMEA: Giants and Na'Vi are miles ahead of the competition, I don't think there is really a discussion about this.
https://www.vlr.gg/event/pickem/1659/champions-tour-2023-emea-last-chance-qualifier
Pacific: I think Gen.G will only get better with time, I think they will be the best team there and be on great form.
https://www.vlr.gg/event/pickem/1660/champions-tour-2023-pacific-last-chance-qualifier
China: I think Tyloo looked way better than FPX in the last series they played, I don't see that changing too quickly. Would still have them favored for the matchup even with the break giving time for antistratting.
I think m80 is disbanding and the players are joining separate teams, they all tweeted like it was the end of the roster (saying thanks for the year, thanking teammates for the journey).

this post is the worst bait I've seen in a long while
extremely volatile, while the org is still in the game mentally must be extremely draining being a pro and being stuck in t2. hopefully his future endeavors go well!
a bit late but a Viet pro player n1zzy retired 2 days ago and he was insane...
https://www.vlr.gg/player/14225/n1zzy
I watched him play a couple times and had him to join great upcoming teams and get scouted. His stats are nuts especially for playing a wide range of agents. really sucks.
Eu te amo, Brasil
Estou chegando em breve
whzy vs kangkang h2h (matches they played each other, 13 series total)
whzy:
536-500 244 acs
kangkang:
664-476 298 acs
excited to see another matchup but historically kangkang has cleared. think people are a bit too hyped.
1 from each region

slow, I'm at work and tired. I'm getting off in 3 hours so I'm excited to get home and hopefully catch the end of m80 v Guard
johnqt picked cypher so they can't push his sites, they'd be going back into cages like they're used to
we don't like those br*ts around here
it's ok they will lose interest after 18 minutes, not worth their time afterwards
I own it and don't see any noticeable ghosting at all
I do agree a 360hz is a better option though with how prices are looking
W team
also finally a bones respecter has logged into VLR
W india
where I live I met many people from India and all of them were very charitable, kind and hardworking people. Love the food as well.
agreed, for esports twitter is best. pretty much all I use it for, just updates and tweets from streamers/esports players.
