yacine is ok but the role switch is not good at all. trexx is a much better duelist
EZ FOR E-XOLOS LAZER
bad bait, E-XOLOS LAZER will destroy VK
crazy that no one has E-XOLOS LAZER winning
PREDICTIONS:
NA: Faze
EMEA: Guild
APAC: ONIC
SA: KRU, NIP
EA: NTH
HOPIUM:
NA: 100t or SEN
EMEA: M3C
APAC: Bleed
SA: E-XOLOS LAZER, FURIA
EA: CR
solid list but i feel APAC is closer to NA than KR
easy for E-XOLOS LAZER
make the tp range around his rendezvous much smaller so he has to stand in one spot and post up like on defense, but cant use it to entry on attack. also cooldown up
ez for E-XOLOS LAZER
Holy shit every single time I see someone reference scrim results for why a team is good it actually pisses me off, scrims are literally just practice games, they're meant to get your reps in working on NEW stuff, good teams can still get blown tf out in a scrim because they are trying out a new comp or a new map, or maybe they're practicing their A retakes so they give up site easy and practice their retake spacing and utility. Nobody other than T3 teams who have no idea wtf they're doing plays scrims the same way they play in officials because by the time they play on officials they are already using strats they are familiar and comfortable with, while in scrims they are going to use strats that feel awkward because they are new. The only difference I can even conceive of would be scrims from teams in masters/champions tournaments, but even then they would still be practicing certain things and not playing them exactly like officials. PLEASE VLR STOP TALKING ABOUT SCRIM RESULTS
minority report if you havent seen it, fits your genre pretty well and is a dope movie
best placement for an asian team yet
one of dawn's tweets was kinda fucked and 3 months seems kinda fair, not sure what the other person got suspended for
the tbagging stuff is entirely irrational tho
not 0 support I am number 1 avangar/vp fan
how does this change how many matches those teams would play
like i said earlier, CIS is just the name riot uses for the russian speaking countries region for qualifiers. im not talking about the actual commonwealth of independent states, im talking about what RIOT defines as CIS for the purpose of tournaments
They are a majority CIS team and they qualified to challengers through the CIS open qualifier, it doesnt make sense to call them any other region
ukraine is CIS (CIS is just the name riot uses for the russian speaking countries region for qualifiers)
NAVI is decent, but the only reason the rest of the scene is dead is because the CIS VRL got cancelled. lots of good CIS players moved to other teams
3, CIS includes Ukraine according to Riot's qualifier rules. Thats why they were allowed to play in CIS open qualifiers to get to challengers
CIS is part of EMEA, put EU at 4 and TR at 7 or 8
eh the 3rd one didnt really count because sub, and the ones in challengers were awhile ago so not really riots fault for once
latam is a one team region, E-XOLOS LAZER owns all
cant wait until all these bandwagons become E-XOLOS LAZER fans
riot doesnt give a shit about good tournaments
yeah, but no duelist haven is not meta. the icebox one was the first one that lots of teams started to use
forgot about fnatic doing postplant too tbh, still wouldnt say liquid defined meta because no duelist comps didnt catch on until the g2 icebox ones, the liquid and fnatic ones (triple controller bind) werent that good
oh definitely, they have some cool set strats that surprise teams early in the tournament, but they never defined the meta, if they did they mightve got past top 6
no duelist was first used at high level by g2 (the triple sentinel icebox comp)
v1 started the post plant meta in first iceland (running viper+kj+ astra on haven) before it got nerfed
picking up new agents isnt a DRX thing either lol, 100T steel played kayo in NA before DRX
Neon comps actually were used first by M3C, and optic said they copied their comp soon after
the mid postplant bonus round setup on icebox with KJ lineups that i think youre referencing was actually done by Alliance in EU before DRX
DRX is a good team but they dont define the meta
DRX didnt really define the meta though, like they have very unique strats but they havent caught on internationally
are they still doing the group of 3 + group of 4 thing as last one?
not a SEN fan but i think it has a decent chance of being actually good. if it doesnt it will crash and burn tho lol
shroud has ages of experience at t1 CSGO lans and SEN's biggest problem recently has been teamplay and composure, shroud veteran presence might be able to help them with this even if hes not played pro in a while
