I understand because of their performance, but champions is a culmination of an entire year worth of getting circuit points just to qualify so it is justifiable. If they didn't perform well throughout the year they wouldn't even qualify but very unlucky for them to suck at the tournament that really mattered.

I mean you don't really have to prac with the competitors, that's like a given. There are a lot of teams for prac who are not part of the main event like t2 and t3 teams.

Yea I believe they either have to release him or he has to do it on his on. His role as an initiator is already oversaturated in the team. We have Rb, Stax who can do his role. I don't think they need a third one, what they needed was a second smoker and k1ng started to step on that secondary smoker.
There are a lot of good Korean players who are free agents so I guess a new Korean org can pick him up.

I think they improved a lot. Most of the time if they start to lose a match they just crumble. But today we almost saw them make the comeback twice. I agree about the weaknesses but slowly they are starting to get that adaptive playstyle working.

The other teams that used it got straight up disqualified, VK got a rematch. X10 and giants broke the rules and ACCEPTED the punishment but I guess for VK we can bend the rules a bit :))

It is their job to know, two teams already got disqualified for using it, they have 5 players and a coach to keep up with the scene. This was kinda big news back in the day. Also riot straight up yeeted both teams that used it previously, literally instant death but VK got a rematch.

They complain about other regions getting "special treatment", and now they actually get special treatment and still complain about 7-0 start. I guess X10 and giants didn't try hard enough to get a rematch when they used an exploit :)))

but at what cost

VS were able to take it to map 3 against full power gambit, its just really unlucko group for VS
