Their problem lies with their business and staffing decisions. Their inability to keep 5 together is what is causing them this grief. Imagine if they actually allowed their starting roster to play more than 1 season together. Surely their synergy, strats, and cohesion will come through no?
also I think they get a portion of whatever stream revenue their players make, well for some contracts
milk and juice are both bad. one's fatty af and the other is filled with sugar. can't convince anyone that those two are any better lol.
honestly, my biggest gripe is that they never give their team a chance to grow together and promote team synergy. 1 season is not enough. Look at EG, they worked hard with the same crew for a long time. SEN is like a revolving door. Nothing will ever stick and they won't amount to anything if they're looking for immediate success every single time. Such a disappointment seeing the cycle repeat itself.
FNS already confirmed he's not going to be on a starting roster. he's just going to stream full time unless a good enough offer comes up where he can choose the 4 for his own team.

They need to work with the same 5 instead of trying to reinvent the wheel with new additions... Can't sustain that and expect to be world class. Happy to see that they may stay with the same squad so they can keep building synergy together.

you're spot on. hiring more staff isn't gonna fix the lack of team synergy and fundamentals they lacked together on those maps where they got crushed on. they need to just play more together and get more depth with their strats.
if they want to be a winning org. clout alone isn't gonna do it. if Tenz does get dropped or moved to 6th man / content creator, good for them. He hasn't been hot for a while anyway.

L take tbh. Yay has not shown that he's as good as he used to be when going gets tough. Chamber nerfs killed him, Meta changes killed him. and lack of Team synergy killed him. It just shows that Yay being a million years better than ardiis means nothing if he doesn't have the support to go along with it. They're not going to change what's working and pay more for Yay just to replace a team that has already shown success together, that would be braindead on their Org's end.
Predictions are too premature, but derrek will never replace c0m. I can see brazilians in SEN going back to BR if they continue losing. I doubt Yay would replace ardiis, Yay has shown that he is overrated after Chamber nerfs and him not being able to play top tier when team isn't there with him.
they've been tanking in viewership and layoffs in HQ. Prob just trying their best to stay lean to keep cash flowing.
