I think if na orgs only gave players the bare minimum salary they wouldn't need to worry about making up for the loss by creating content or selling merch no?

1 tier 2 is gonna die
it doesn't make any sense how are we supposed to find new young talent if a tier 2 system doesn't exist, does riot think tier1 orgs should just pick the top 20 ranked players and hope for the best. It would makes sense if they don't wanna be in esport anymore but if they don't wanna be in esport they would get rid of the vct leauge altogether. academy team they say but they love to mistreat tier2. they just can't help themselves🤮🤮, and if they disregard tier2 who says they're not going to disregard academy teams, I dont trust rito. if they just gave tier2 good prizes and support then we wouldn't be here in the first place !!

   the comments on vernos introduction video made me confused😭 i don't understand them, are ppl not allowed to be reserved anymore. do they want verno to twerk and sing in the video, I never liked that expectation that esport players need to be influencers/ content creators what's wrong with just playing the game and then going back home. they don't get paid enough to be a clown on twitch after the tournaments. I know you guys will say "they need to market themselves!!" but I think players can be famous for simply being good at the game like zen in rocket leauge and donk in csgo.

3 players don't need to love each other
in regular sport players hate each other but still play the game, how come in esport they get coddled so much, ppl in regular 9-5 have to work with ppl they hate all the time so why can't esport players do that too🤣. for some reason they think players need to be best friends with each other, it's reinforced with coaching staff that say "our players are like brothers uwu" and fans saying "omg heretics are like family"

100t old roster gave me the vibes that they don't like each other and that's okay!, they don't need to love each other to play good.

4 esport orgs needs to cater to fangirls more

I'm a fan of the players, I liked the gambit boys, when they split up I just continued to support them in the new team not necessarily the new team itself you get me, like I will watch gambit boys stream, I'll watch chronicle vods. my premier point is that I'm thinking in 5 years a female player is gonna come join challengers from premier cus bob is already irrelevant now and she was the best player in gc, flor doesn't want to, I really don't believe she wants to play in tier1, I think she wants to make money playing video games and gc is where she can do that, vania, mimi and everyone else is the same story, they fail to qualify for challengers.so this generation of fem players are not going to do anything, but the next one might instead.

I also don't think gc is going to still be a thing 5 years in so that's why I think the first vct level female player is gonna be from premier.

A player not even in ascension territory should not be compared to aspas or mibr even, I'm convinced game changer fans are not esport fans, they just wanna see non male player in tier1 cus "it would be cool" .but at the end of the day representation doesn't make you number one on the leader board unfortunately, flor needs to grind in tier2 and qualify for open qualifiers like everyone else.

and also if there is no girl player ever in esport the world is still gonna spin, I'm a black esport fan and there are no black players in any corner in esports except , maybe fighter games but I dont like those games. but you guys get the point, I dont buy the bullcrap from riot that game changers helps bring in female fans that have previously "been left out",
