because he's focused and not trying to get overconfident and make a mistake by thinking it's already over
yup, so far pretty nuts. Didn't need to confirm it here though, since if you've watched other Optic games you would've seen it
Irrelevant to Optic's come up. Optic has won, lost, and won against TGRD. It shows they can adapt, just like they'll adapt and beat Loud today even after getting 2 free win maps banned.
Optic has played 7 games and Loud has play 3, chill. Not exactly like Loud has had it as hard. All they had to do was beat EMEA and finally a decent NA team that became super close.
Actually a huge advantage. Can't wait to see LOUD ignore one of those picks and lose, so the LOUD fans can rage.
Professionals in other sports (soccer, football, basketball, etc.) do it. You think it's immature because you see them as kids, but the fact of the matter is, they're trying to gain an edge on the opponent through mind games. The reality is, annoying your opponent in game/making them feel bad can cause them to make a mistake.
I'm the type of person to ignore it and just play my game, but if you're at that level, you have to understand why it's done. What's childish is not understanding this and calling them kids.
Facts. It's a skill that can give you an edge in game if the opponent's mental is easy to tilt, or if somehow they're a pro without understanding it. Plus, insulting the enemy while you're up can boost your teams morale. It's a common tactic in professional sports, but some people don't like it and just play their game.
very wrong with groups
didn't have DRX making it out of lower's
That round was funny. So many HUGE mistakes. First Pancada flanks and whiffs, and then a player on G2 knows he's at 4 health and walks into viper spit
So many mistakes from both sides tbh
I always thought DRX was slightly better than LOUD, but I think Optic vs LOUD would be a good game. Anybody could win depending on the day
G2 v PRX, and PRX are for sure going to win. Crazy enough, this will be a Valorant tournament in which NA and EMEA won't get a chance to play each other.
Biggest issue with large border slots is that they would be played for online, so someone is going to have a bad ping situation
PRX 2-1 G2
miniature my dude, this forum is filled with anonymous trolls and no moderation
Nobody in their right mind should look at any of these posts/comments
I'm not saying I don't agree with you, I'm just letting you know the reality.
Ahhh true, I love when I watch football and the score is 1-1
It does mean it's more even, but more even isn't always more exciting. Usually that means one side (attack or defense) is more dominant
A game going to OT doesn't make it better. That's like saying if my ranked game goes 25-23, it's the best game of all time
Rb is amazing, but I think nerves are getting to him some rounds*
TGRD messed up with map picks. I know they have historically done well on Haven, but so have PRX. I mean, DRX have been absolutely dominant and PRX beat DRX on Haven. I'm going to chalk up that map pick as inexperience, because at best that would've been PRX's map pick, and at worst it wou'dve been the map 3 decider.
I hope you couldn't type that seriously without laughing
Most people have been pretty logical and hoped for TGRD to do good, but understand how new they are. Even TGRD didn't try to hype themselves because they know the reality. Platchat put Optic above them before Groups because of this.
The best of everything? They censor porn... Vaginas bad?
It'll be close but might not go overtime. I hope TGRD wins so they can get a chance against an international team before going to lower's bracket
"NA carried by KR"
"we need a Korean to win"
0/8
Even though the score is 10-5, it's very possible Optic come back. Should be interesting to watch
People on here are weird trolls and drive away anyone who is normal.. You're not wrong.
NA as a whole look really good right now. They look like the dominant region.
I would imagine this has happened to both teams, otherwise that'd be fishy
Basically EU/EMEA is nothing without Russians, oof
Shroud has openly talked about how he uses watch parties as a break from content while still getting paid
Plus, shroud was never an entertaining guy from his voice and commentary
most high viewer count watch parties are ass, whether shroud or tarik
they get their easy money from viewers while chilling and watching the game and consider it a break from having to provide content
If DRX win it here, every region should prepare to face Korean supremacy from here on out
I'm pretty sure that Stellar Derrek Will Bang Asuna
You really think the young weeb should be listed first in this case?
I don't watch the dude, but I HIGHLY doubt he lead his fanboys to defend him or instigated them to harass cleo. If he did, that would've been big news
the number of sinatraa fans who think that he did it*
nobody but them 2 will ever know the truth, and this is coming from someone who dislikes him
because vlr isn't a collective mind and people have differing opinions. crazy concept
you're talking about the guy who has been playing Valorant at the highest level for the past year non-stop, and you don't just fall off from that
plus, he was top dps NA in Overwatch and easily one of the best NA Valoant pros when he played
I don't like the guy, sexual assault or not, but he is a great player and would thrive in competitive play
nobody replied to your shit thread so you posted a comment after 2 minutes...
100T lives rent free in your head
"In valorant, anyone can beat anyone." - this
On top of this, TL beat G2, so I kinda hate that they use "4th seed" as an excuse when they have won against other EMEA top teams. In NA TGRD is our #1 seed, but Optic beat them right before that championship. C9 and V1 are realistically just as good.
