Are EG incredible or Loud just had an off day? Argue why and comeback here after their next matches

posted 11 months ago

I saw a good amount of idiots saying he is shit

posted 11 months ago

not only that but he is actually a good teammate and a selfless player and a really good aimer too, I think this "his utility is so good" is used as an excuse for bad players way too much but for Ethan its actually true

Leo

The rest

posted 11 months ago

His aim is really good, it just doesnt get noticed

posted 11 months ago

go check the other thread about him

posted 11 months ago

the direspected on this guy from idiots in this forum is insane, those of you that know me you will know I think most support players not putting up stats are frauds and they are just bad, Ethan is one of the only players in valorant that could perform like Boaster and I wouldnt care, those that know how he is as a player will understand why, one of the few players in pro valorant with more than 2 working braincells ngl

posted 11 months ago

As someone that comes from CS this giving relevance to scrim results makes no sense to me, do these subhumans understand you play to improve and learn rather than win in scrims?

Because League in Korea and China is like football for europeans, this cultural difference argument is just bullshit, they play the game more so they are better at it. At least for Europe League isnt even that popular outside of western europe, all of eastern europe plays Dota so that makes it even harder to compete with them, if CSGO and Dota werent as popular I think Europe could compete with China/Korea in League but thats not gonna happen, same goes for China, Korea or any other "big" country, if they played CSGO more they could compete with Europe. Korea isnt even that big of a country and not enough babies are being born so long term probably China will dominate League alone, Korea as a region doesnt have that much potential but unlike others they are fulfilling all of it, realistically a 51M country has no right to dominate like that if other countries/regions cared as much as them

Is there a draw or something

posted 11 months ago

NRG 2-0 T1
ASE 0-2 FUT
EDG 1-2 NAVI

Europe survives just for today, tomorrow we are going home, we arent serious as a region we play like fucking dogs

posted 11 months ago

I dont care about NAVI lol, just have their flair because of a post before the leagues started to show who we want to win

posted 11 months ago

I am surprised someone saved this ngl

ofc

classic european valorant moment, still cant believe the crashies 3v1... if they had played it like normal human beings it was a free map

posted 11 months ago

dominating opening duels and still got fucked, europe is finished

ofc, he knows ball

posted 11 months ago

good player and very good aim but I think he isnt better than Sacy and he isnt close to Shao or Leo, still young tho

posted 11 months ago

At least there is some time to take a nap between FUT-EG and T1-EDG lol

EG 0 - 2 FUT

any degens staying up to watch masters?

posted 11 months ago

one of the biggest talents in valorant for sure

posted 11 months ago

RIP, I have no words

posted 11 months ago

I mean, he isnt terrible but he is not TL material, he is closer to t2 than t1. His aim is mostly just clean, its not that great imo, its important to differentiate effective/good aimers and clean aimers, soulcas isnt effective. His utility is just average, its just what you would expect from any pro player, he does what his team asks but he is no Leo. In the end what matters at the highest level is decision making which is his biggest weakness, what defines if you win a duel or not is decision making rather than aim most of the time too

posted 11 months ago

I dont care about Navi, just have the flair because of a post where a guy said for all of us to choose a flair and comment in the post before the season starts, they are the team I like most but I am not a supporter or anything

posted 11 months ago

performs like a t3 player every single match for the whole season and then he finally has a decent performance on the level you should expect from a TL player and they be like: DOUBTERS COME!!! CASUALS!!! Imagine he now has 2 terrible maps, you guys are gonna look like idiots and chances are that he drops a stinker considering what his average performances are

posted 11 months ago

Now that we are in playoffs and Masters will begin soon, am I the only one who has barely watched any valorant this season because of this format? Personally it gets too boring after a couple games

posted about a year ago

Man actually said "for a team that consistently makes playoffs at big events" hahahha, classic NA CS braindamaged fan.

  • Katowice: Got destroyed
  • Antwerp: 0-3 KEKW
  • Rio: 2-3 and not even YEKINDAR could carry their asses to playoffs
  • Cologne: Got the easy group and still lost their opening match to Spirit and didnt face a single top5 all event (they beat cloud9 who was shit at that time so not a top team imo). Guess what happened in playoffs? Lost to Movistar riders which is a tier2 team at best

facts

posted about a year ago

I wont even talk about how their only playoffs at big events was Cologne where they were lucky to get the easy group and they still lost their opening match to Spirit and then lost in playoffs to a Movistar Riders team that faze destroyed 2-0 easily.

https://www.hltv.org/stats/players/7687/nitr0?startDate=2022-01-01&endDate=2022-12-31 How do they consistently make playoffs at big events? They havent made major playoffs in all of 2022 and the few times they did last year they werent even close to winning the event, its a dead team that can only hope Yekindar carries their ass to playoffs of big events from time to time

s1mple: 1v5 clutch in cache only tapping with ak in NA Rank S against current top valorant players
vlr: guns dont even play the same, its all just so different s1mple wouldnt be able to adapt to not spraying

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivySpktY02o&ab_channel=JettShorts best igl in valorant saying and basically every pro but vlr is trying to convince they are completely different games!! mf if these arent similar then what the fuck is similar

posted about a year ago

not really that different, the general concepts are pretty much the same, only thing that changes is how some util and maps work but its not like thats something that takes ages to learn

I read some kid above saying the "guns dont even play the same". Are these vlr kids aware that any good csgo player knows more than just spraying? lmao, only thing that changes is vandal since phantom is still spray and pray

posted about a year ago

Lets be serious, how can any1 claim they are not similar? They might not be the same but fundamentally they are really similar, if valorant isnt similar to CS then what is? Can only games who are literal copies be considered "similar"? Please vlr.gg use your brain for once, there is a reason 90% of pro scene are csgo pros or kids who played csgo even if not proffesional, they are extremely similar games and if you were pro in cs then you will reach that level too in valorant. There is a reason only csgo pros have a 100% chance of switching and being good enough to be pro, if they werent similar then that wouldnt be the case.

posted about a year ago

Man expects s1mple to win worlds without even playing the game while he is competing against people who play it professionally for 10+ hours a day... What matters is that if s1mple switched and put his effort into becoming then he most likely would, we cant predict how long it would take him but players who are top tier in a hyper competitive scene like csgo are there for their work ethic so in the end they would 100% become top tier too and obviously they have talent advantage

posted about a year ago

Seriously now, how can you say they arent similar? Like whats different? All the fundamental stuff from strategy to mechanics is pretty much the same, like if we say Valorant and CS arent similar then what game is similar? Does it have to be a literal copy to be similar? Dota and League are similar af too but your is a false equivalence since they differ a lot in the way you beat your opponent, in the end both Valorant/CS is just about clicking your enemy faster than they click you and its mostly crosshair placement so "raw aim" isnt even that important

posted about a year ago

I mean, it would be the other way around since Dota came first and League is kinda noobfriendly. Dota and League are ofc very similar games but the difference compared to Valorant/CS is that in Dota/League you need thousands of hours to masters very specific mechanics and champions but in CS/Valorant you win games by clicking the enemy head faster than them. Also its not even comparable the level of difficulty between Valorant utility and Dota/League abilities, in Valorant there is only Jett/Neon who have a high mechanical skill ceiling so the utility is mostly pretty easy to use since its just for support

  1. floppy didnt play more than 10 ranked games in his time in valorant and was one match away from making it to a LAN
  2. What are these arguments? Ofc they arent the same, they arent the same game but in the end they are almost the same which makes sense since its a game created with the intention of rivaling CSGO and with help from ex-csgo players/map makers/etc..
  3. Bro, getting detained by gekko might be shocking at first but unless you are retarded it wont be comprehensible but overall they are similar, since gunplay is very similar, macro gameplay is almost the same and the differences arent enough to claim they are completely different
posted about a year ago

The games are similar af, I dont understand this argument that they are not. And ofc no cs pro would dominate instantly, as talented mechanically as you can be if you dont know the game then you are at a huge disadvantage that better mechanics cant make up for

posted about a year ago

Way better, deluded fans can do any mental gimnastics they want but the truth is way better.
