This team would be 10 times better than the current one and you can keep the star of the team and mixwell who brings a lot of fans, baddyg is a super smart player that has learned from the best in ange1 and is capable to become a top IGL. On the financial side, an org of the caliber of Heretics can afford all these players and they could buy them for a low price and even sell them on a high price in the future when they become some of the best players in Europe, it just makes way more sense on all fronts. Not to say that although these are young talents, they still would be an instant improvement in performance compared to the current players
