I think people are able to overlook his stats because he plays anchor, his utility usage is good, he drops guns for his teammates etc. But I think it's obvious he's not at the level of other smoke players like Marved and bonecold when it comes to fragging.

I don't understand that either. They have already proven themselves multiple times even if they slip up now and then. But even analysts from EU have the same opinion and don't really respect TL. For ex many people still consider Fnatic way better than them.

these slots were announced way before intl matches and are obv not based on performance. They're mostly based on playerbase size and Riot's esports and marketing dept. Korea has the lowest ranked playerbase out of all the regions (smaller than LATAM). Meanwhile SEA ranked playerbase is almost as large as NA.

Here we go again. Nobody knows which region has more depth. I can't believe this is you guys' conclusion after seeing TL lose to V1. Maybe you can say EMEA has more depth because of CIS and Turkey. But just saying EU has more depth when we haven't seen teams outside top2 play is so stupid. If anything, I'd listen to the actual pro players playing the games - they're saying the 2 regions are very close.
