The scene is basically a ticking time bomb that will explode once ethics checks are involved in the future Valorant league. Furthermore, I'd like to add that people watch matches in Valorant because their favourite personality is playing in a team (hiko, tenz, scream, sinatra) and not because of the quality of the games. Etc in Europe G2 and Liquid rake about 10 times the viewership that matches like NiP Vs heretics vs FPX vs acend do, same goes for NA. What happens when these players ultimately retire? Players like Hiko and Sinatraa are already on their way out. This problem will be solved by new personalities rising from this game, people that were never seen before, but is that gonna happen?
