yes it does. In CSGO even at a 1 meter distance run and gun is impossible. Vandal is pretty accurate as far as 3 meters. Phantom even more. People lose crucial kills in this game by playing like cs. I'm not saying run and gun in mid ascent. But definitely run and gun more than in CSGO (in csgo you never run and gun with rifles)
