sym is an 18 year old with barely any high level experience, especially when considering before this year, yes he does seem to love running in and dying like an idiot, and he seems to whiff easy shots far too often, but if he can learn and grow with his team, he has legit star entry potential. If hes still making bad entry decisions and missing sitters after the break, then you can put more pressure on him. I think changing a team one game away from ascension is probably not a good idea, especially when the team is operating under even higher pressure thanks to the owners (see DSG).

tldr; give the kid another tournament or two to grow before calling for transfers
