Yes, regardless of the map, if the team of the right would've won the third map, they wouldn't have lost. That is the entire essence of BO3. If you haven't practiced the map enough before the event, than as a professional player, you have failed. It's your job to make sure that you are prepared before a tournament. If every other team had the opportunity to practice the map, then so would they.
