TenZ will still do content for Sentinels and will probably watch party Sen matches like Tarik

We will learn who is joining EMEA next season.

  • Apeks, who last year made it all the way to ascension finals. However, the team would meet a not so gentle fate. They would have to restart as all of their players would be promoted to the higher teams of EMEA. Apeks did not give up. Like last time, the team features a lot of former T1 veterans (and hype) and one promising rookie duelist. But these did not come without a price. Apeks laid off both their Fortnite and CS:GO divisions in order to "focus on the continued success of their VALORANT division." After dominating every other team this season there is one last win this Apeks team needs to prove this was all worth it. A win when it matters most. Will Apeks reach promotion or fail once again?

  • PCIFIC Esports, who built themselves off the back of the scraps and young blood of Turkey in May to challenge each of the best teams the country had to offer. After losing to the other three best sides in the region in the regular season they proved how much they have changed beating Howl twice and Fire Flux once to secure a chance at Ascension. MOUZ and Joblife were two teams predicted to have a chance at Grand Finals. PCIFIC took care of both. Despite a loss to CGN at the start PCIFIC defeated both them and the Ultimates to get to where they are now. PCIFIC say they are a team for the people who grew up with e-sports and the young people who dream of playing on the big stage. They have shown both of that. But will it be enough to beat Apeks? Or will the clock strike midnight.

BTW if flor is making it past GC/T3 it's not going to be straight to T1 it's probably going to be with like Exa and other young ranked grinders on SaD or a FA squad

That was a substitution error no?

Turn players, teams, and important plays into cards you can buy through paying money or correct predictions on matches like this one sports app does
Also add cute anime girl avatars to buy outfits with said points and make it so you can only get outfits through gacha, limited drops, and item shop
Also just add in gambling
Also just straight up make us pay to use the site

Saw a thread on here saying Dantedeu was told the U18's going into next season can play but can't change teams. Don't know if that's same for EMEA though.

wait you're right let me add that

start at fortnite age 13 -> 15-17 switch to valo -> 24-27 switch to csgo/cs2/cs3 -> develop enough knowledge to become analyst/coach/manager/scout -> retire/join saudi team for new game in 40s

Just feels like a weird hybrid of both a closed and open league. 40 teams have guaranteed slots for seemingly the rest of the duration of the league so there's only 8 teams that will have the pressure to perform. Riot should either implement a closed league (not my personal favorite) meaning all 30-36 teams are guaranteed forever and restructure T2 to include academies as well as run T2 through the T1 off season OR have an open league (my favorite) where 1 team from each region gets relegated each season whilst the 2nd worst team of their region plays in a promotion/relegation playoff of the ascension runner up.

Also in either an open, closed, or mixed league academies should be focused. Whether its like how EG did their 10 man roster or how VCJ teams have like 5-10 players at least in their academy that are super young these should be prioritized.

posted 3 months ago

Yea because there were a lot of players that under performed? And they'll have to be replaced since rosters have to have at least 5 people and most of them aren't subs.

posted 3 months ago

So rosters can't change? People get dropped so people get signed more people gain jobs ultimately and this is how sports works. Without franchising this wouldn't change.

something something twitter

posted 3 months ago

Maybe if TenZ gets his contract restructured or smth then maybe but they are still paying him as a content creator so no.

posted 3 months ago

I feel like the best team of the year is the one that wins champs but I get your point. Loud 2022 and EG 2023 I would still say are probably better.

posted 3 months ago

M80 v AK in semifinals/finals and AK will win. I'd root for 2G but they are steam key merchants. TSM (Sad) and Galorys will be out.

posted 3 months ago

Any chance AK or 2G win Finals?

posted 3 months ago

posting this after galorys lose 3 1v1's.... interesting.... what could be the message behind this

posted 3 months ago

GLRS HAVE LOST AN EASY 1V1 TWICE IN A ROW. THEY WOULD BE 10-8 UP IF THEY WON THE 1V1. EVEN 9-9 THATS FINE.
