5 - NRG (Has potential but it depends a lot if FNS is still the GOAT)
6 - KRU (I don't really like Adverso IGLing and they shouldn't have dropped heat but they didn't really got worse)
7 - 2G (Also a lot of potential if they get a good sub for Spike)
8 - LEV (Losing Aspas is going to expose some people on this team, massive downgrade)
9 - LOUD (It depends on V1nny IGL but i don't really trust it)
10 - C9 (Not a serious team)
11 - EG (No Info)

The region may have a problem with the mentality, sure, but that's fixable and they already proved they can go far. Abandoning it is just denying your own origins and letting your own region to rot.
