nah, he was playing flex-init on 00 before MIBR, when he did play duelist on T2 he was just average, and his MIBR split on duelist wasn't really great. he looked way more comfortable later on sentinel then he went to flex-init again for late 24 and 25 and his best games on MIBR were the games where he was playing Viper
to be honest theres not much they can do outside of just announce things as early as they can
no he was just on the wrong role. controller-sentinel fits him much better than duelist-initiator
Furia looks better atm but i believe MIBR ceiling is higher
true, mwzera had a good fragging game but his util was really bad vs Sen. do not trust him at all
just the first game, teams will be figuring it out soon enough
Only question mark is Blowz and just because theres no really good BR initiator currently, if he just properly uses util for the rest of the team is already good enough
Leaf is a serial choker but Cryo is less reliable and flexible
Since Cryo seems to be finally properly expanding his agent pool i'd go with him
he can second call, he has much more experience, more synergy with aspas, cortezia is in a very bad spot rn, and overall just think Less is a better player
iirc brawk isnt even a bad fade idk whats going on over there
Sato had a worse kickoff than Aspas lol
Aspas - Blowz - Artzin - Less - Lukxo
Run double smoke + Vyse every map
Monster lineup
https://www.vlr.gg/pickem/419cb032 almost same but i didnt trust furia :(
no because Lotus (map loud lost) was played with Bati off-role and Cauanzin going 9/16. Somehow they still made 9 rounds
bonur is CRAZY LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
in theory a roster of Jerrwin - JonahP - JohnQT - Reduxx - Cortezia can be potentiallyas good 100t/LEV. But only Reduxx is really playing decently rn and the morale seems to be pretty low. Don't see them recovering for split 1 unless Jerrwin goes crazy, maybe for split 2 if they spend some time resetting
Thats mainly because i didn't think Lev Kickoff results fully seriously because of the external things (off-role sub playing, 2 debuts, 2 players role swapping mid tournament) but i understand wanting to flesh out their evolution more. I just always knew they would be good eventually and think they will be even better with more time
But tbf its also mainly because both have played equally bad teams so im waiting for W2 to draw more conclusions
Why hasn't he retired is beyond me too
Exactly but i'd like to point out even then Boaster gets away with even more cause Crashies is also kind of a deadweight sometimes just goes to show how goated he is (but also how he becomes a liability sometimes cause if kajaak and alfajer who are the reliable fraggers on the team aren't feeling it fnatic does not work at all)
true. Spikezin today dropped a 1.03 rating on Neon (worst at his team) while simultaneously being named MVP of the match by BR Transmission just for his sheer impact that stats can't translate
c0m and supa are two deadweights and this valorant economy can only support one deadweight most per team
Like i said on another comment i think Bonkar just overcooked a counter for a counter. Thought teams would use Vyse to try to stop Neon (which is true) and tried to go full circle to counter that a build a meta for the meta
unironically yeah Furia is EG if they had a little more budget to get Eeiu
but at least Kru seems to be running perma neon which is a must currently
FURIA looks even better than their kickoff form, seems like a London lock already if all goes well
MIBR seems better but still has to work out some stuff, on the right path
NRG and G2 need to watch out, they're being left behind and inconsistent but i believe they can and will still overcome it
100t and LEV are on a rise
KRU main roster seems good but needs to be tested out more
LOUD looks better than their kickoff form while C9 looks worse
SEN needs their 5th first but their first game was very worrying
ENVY and EG look very uncomfortable as a team and might need changes already
that statline is diabolical
forget drx how did nrg win THIS
https://www.vlr.gg/542269/mibr-vs-nrg-valorant-champions-2025-ubsf/?game=all&tab=overview
(i know how dont answer me)
bonkar probably predicted vyse as a neon counter and overthought its own counter against the counter which is also why they picked deadlock
OR hes just trying to be different and get attention
MIBR has a lot of cleaning to do, Furia just seems more complete atm
Honestly interchangeable it came down to who was worse on EG vs C9 and i simply cannot confidently say
Thats a fair point. Kru looked very dominant vs Sen but there were some rounds that were very messy which is why i didn't put them higher, but i can see G2 getting the upper hand
I did put NRG below 100t and i dont think Loud played better than NRG
Well its true they faced a easier opponent so its hard to judge but if we look the way NRG played today and G2 vs MIBR i do think 100t would win (but i believe NRG and G2 have a bigger ceiling)
this is strictly based on Week 1 performances
This ranking is first week only. Not taking past games into account
Played with a sub theres some excuses there
Envy lost with a complete team against LOUD with a sub it can't get uglier than that
idk furia won pretty comfortably today and nrg has shown some really bad signs
same with G2 but at least they got a OT with MIBR, but really only because MIBR trolled a lot, should've been way more cleaner and thats worrying
