1000% IGL issue is a way bigger problem that just Trexx lol aswell as roles being fucked from the start

the bad outweighs the good the meta changed teams have evolved. VIT are literally the NRG of last year where you have elite talent but if you have a shit IGL you aren't going to perform. That's just how it works, which is why T1, EDG, and VIT are being left in the dust because they aren't adapting to the meta. Where are you also getting the idea that Trexx was calling when Kicks and Sayf had always been calling/midrounding for the team? (you can search "VIT macro" or "Sayf IGL" on VLR and even look at previous platchat episodes of them point out their weak macro.)

They're roles we ALWAYS cooked considering the fact they never had a true smokes player and Trexx is flexible, but to say losing him completely hurt them is stupid considering the fact if Sayf just went to smokes and Less played senti their roles would be perfectly fine lol. Anybody who's watched Vitality during Kickoff to Bangkok can attest to the fact their macro was horrible, Sayf made horrible reads they often ran into stacks and they started off very slow on a lot of maps and had to have a lot of individual performances to win rounds/comebacks to overcome 4-5 round deficits C9 has shown me better midround calling than VIT if we're being honest.

Sayf WANTED to be IGL and play Initiator; this was HIS choice. Their role issues were also fucked from the VERY start considering the fact Less has to play Astra, Omen and Brim some maps—agents he's never played in an official match.

If someone is being toxic and being a horrible teammate, every person is going to hold a grudge and some sort of resentment to the player. Trexx is an amazing player, but you can't teach character; he had NONE.

Because you're talking about creating more issues when it helped the team environment, Sayf being a horrible IGL is still the biggest issue of them all and I can't believe you're arguing for keeping a player who's literally toxic and tanking team mentality.

Zekken's ace we literally had control over the whole round, we just didn't trade out equally on G2's flood and allowing Leaf who was literally 1 HP, to live in the back of the site. There was only one miracle performance, which was from N4RRATE. They were still outclassed the entire game and we should've had pistol if John's stun connected onto Leaf who got 3 in the round later on.
