I don't really appreciate the feedback you gave. It feels dismissive of the effort and detail I put into the report. Everyone has their own approach, and it seems like my work doesn’t align with your expectations, but that doesn’t mean it was without value.

A couple months ago, Zikz and 100T put out an open call for coaching.
I spent 2 weeks putting a tremendous amount of time and effort to create these two analysis reports:

Despite the effort, despite reaching out to Zikz two weeks after the deadline for any word, I was ghosted. Only to find out that your average VCT scouting/analysis report is 1/200th the size.
The reason I'm bringing this up is because I'm tired of seeing Nadeshot and 100 Thieves continue the narrative that they are trying everything they can. They simply are not. They are just continuing the one thing that has plagued esports, cronyism. The normal size of an analysis report in VCT is 1-2 pages. For a game that is supposed to be "TACTICAL" ... how do you fit a scouting report into one page?
How does Nadeshot and the 100T organization pay for such mediocracy when people put real effort into their applications? Esports needs to stop being a revolving door.
wait how am I cocky lol? they obviously looked ahead of themselves obviously had a team talk after the first map and changed things around they let winning get into their heads to where they started to lose turned things around because it would not have been a good look to lose at all.

yeah M80 got robbed of a spot, I'm 100% convinced they would've done better than this and 2G were literally -4 in round differential in acension group stage shouldn't have even been in playoffs.
outside of molsi? molsi’s flashes do add frags for her but when are there plays to setup Flor in advantageous positions like FNATIC and KC consistently do with Kajaak and Marteen? There’s more to do with ‘setting’ up than just a flash lol. Where have we ever seen a large scale set play by Apeks designed for Florescent. KC and FNATIC consistently do this with their duelists. Flor has to manufacture winning plays whilst Kajaak and Marteen don’t end of story.
you can expect Kajaak and Marteen to put up better numbers when they are consistently being set up, Flor is forced to manufacture winning rounds rather than those two, because they are playing with better players. I worded it pretty poorly they are better in some aspects but Flor has world class mechanics if you give her a system similar to them she’d shine similar to them or even brighter.
Flor’s mechanics outshine the both of them if we’re being honest here, Flor will obviously shine less because her team is way less structured.
flor has drastically more experience aswell as fragging capabilities and Kajaak is playing with world class players around him, Flor has 3 Zoomers and a rookie.
She’s not going to get 30 a match like a lot of you expect but shes also not going to be as bad as a lot of people think she would be in T1. I can promise you one thing you replace Her with Marteen or Kajaak, FNATIC and KC would improve. A lot of people downplay her because of who she is but she can hang with the top players in the game.

slow start not going to jump to conclusions just yet + didn't really get any server time outside of pracc since they were stalled in the off-season
this was a game they should've won despite XLG looking good.
yeah having 2 maps leave aswell as having teams at home who are prepping your map pool and the new maps while you get the bare minimum is very fucked, going to events might not even be worth it if you're aiming at champs in the long run.
early days but EMEA has shown me way more for me to say they look more advanced imo.
probably still not enough time, I'm pretty sure Loud got stuck in Madrid and only flew in the last 2 days before Stage 1
I hope the scheduling between Bangkok and Stage 1 isn't as horrid as it was last year, I remember Gen.G had a week or less to prepare for Stage 1, even though they preformed well, and SEN had a week to prepare after playing the most rounds which was only broken by Gen.G in the later half of Stage 1. They should give teams at least a month between these events especially since the meta is going to shift dramatically after or during Bangkok, then the teams at home won't have a unfair advantage and egregious amount of VOD on some of these teams. From a consumer stand-point this may be horrible but for teams to maintain consistency this may be good.
one team... as a region Americas looks poor, and the meta is all over the place.
last year champs/stage 2 was where it picked up in terms of play, Americas looks poor but EMEA looks great so idrk
mixture of both EDG look off and other teams are stepping, EDG need to step it up tho this isn't how you want to start

a reason for this downfall is that they're way too cocky, coming in to Champs 2024 they had a chip on their shoulder having to prove themselves and now they feel on top of the world after winning champs. "The bigger they are, the harder they fall" lol
They're getting diffed, its very simple this is not a good showing whatsoever, shouldn't be doing this off a the biggest event of 2024. They look ass took off season as a joke now this is a wake up call, as I said good riddance.
They all tried to cope in the off season, saying EDG doing horrible in the offseason was due to them taking a break and a lack of practice, WHILST coming off of winning the biggest event of the year. Now they're about to not even reach lower final in their own region... Good Riddance.
