I’ve seen the worse map ratings on vlr to exist I’m gonna do it right because my opinion is better and factual

i would maybe agree the only problem is that there arent any mexico based teams, i guess the same can be said for canada too but if i had to pick La, canda, or mexico i would pick canada or somewhere else
maybe between 50-100 i think thatwould be a bit better, 20 would be a player like 2022 babyj and thats not even t1 ready, im thinking 40 or 50-100

i dont understand, a map needing a major overhaul and map change in mid because people dont use it bcs it doesnt play well and is useless makes it a bad map no? 1/3 of the map is nearly unplayable, and the amount of angles u need to clear vs amount of viable non 1 and done 1 angles is crazy
xeppa and asuna below icy and natank is kinda crazy, you can make a argument for xeppa maybe, but asuna atleast last year definetly played better than natank, net, adverso

shouldnt the fact that mid is untouched and unused by majority of people show it needs a fix, or the fact that the map diversity is stale and the same agents are picked and the same agents win, or the fact that theres like 3 spots on b u can hold from post plant unless u take snowman and orange because evrything else is dogshit
LA is genuinely such a shit city, idk why we dont just relocate, the only good city where vct is hosted (besides where china is) is seoul
look at post plants, where players die, youll notice COMPARED TO OTHER MAPS mid is virtually untouched, and when u look at where defenders and attackers play + comps they use it gets really stale
just look at map statistics, its generally just a terrible design

i just dont see how yay gets under 30 against loud, drx and prx went like 9-1 and his team was also really mid, no excuses yeah yay played bad but in all 3 of those games only 1 guy had 30 kills and it was sscary, takes a decent team to get some kills and that goes for that whole team not just yay.
defenders have the same amount of time to get the same distance as attackers on offense, and its a unique map, lots of diversity and atleast in all my games its close and never feels like defense or offense is just way easier and more one sided than the other, and icebox is just objectively a bad map your in like the 1% who actually think its a good map
haven and fracture are criminally underrated, sunset is too high imo(switch with haven, icebox is atrocious, and ascent is prob like 7 imo
tell that to 90% of vct players who hate icebox, it is objectively just a dogshit map and you can statistically prove it (idc enough im not gonna)
