This is probably the most accurate answer.
- Fnatic 2023 - (LockIn and Tokyo winners, first team to do it back to back and also in a dominant fashion)
- LOUD 2022 - Early 2023 (Reykjavik 2nd place, Champs winner, Lock In 2nd place, Americas Winner. Easily the second best line up after Fnatic).
- Evil Geniuses 2023 - (Tokyo 2nd place, Champs winner. The ultimate underdogs. No one expected them to win but they turned around from being grouped in regionals to Masters runner ups/world champions in a matter of weeks. Arguably would have been still the best team in the world if not for the EG implosion.)
- OpTic Gaming 2022 - (Masters Reykjavik winner 2022, Champs 2nd place. One of the most consistent runs in Valorant. Enough said.)
- Gambit 2021 - (Masters Berlin winner, Champs 2nd place. Pioneers. One of the first teams to showcase how a dominant run in Valorant looks like.)
- Paper Rex post 2021 - (Copenhagen 2nd Place, Champs 2nd place, Regional winners. The only team in this list without an international trophy, yet they are included because they have consistently made most masters and champs and have made deep runs in the tournament multiple times. One of the legendary X-factor teams. One can say every team that wants to be the number 1 has to go through the Paper Rex filter as a litmus test at some point in their run.)
