bbl are legit + theyre still playing with a sub
worst in emea*
most people know theyre still better than nearly every other caster duo in the leagues
pump it - black eyed peas
im still standing - elton john
shotput - still woozy

as I just caught up today to the anime, here is a mostly ordered opening tier list that doesnt have nostalgia bias as I only started watching in summer 2023
actually really love the older style of openings and realised there arent many complete flops of ops
ano, MIYAVI, Lotus Juice, imase, ATARASHII GAKKO, Lilas Ikuta, QUEEN BEE
Liquid beating giantx is something
also BBL and VIT will almost guaranteed at least get a map and I expect VIT to win
M8 are also pretty likely to get a map with FNC current form
i think i saw theyre continuing the anime either next year or 2026 but that might be a lie
i really like the ops but god damn the animation in that show threw me off and i hated every single character
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhBA6ynorvc or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMeQeIG_rQg
havent even watched the two shows (tried to watch black clover but that shit was ass) but those ops are incredible
Dandadan would be there if it didn't get split in 2 seasons for no reason and I havent finished Golden Kamuy but it might be up there as well
2 biggest things are time and coaching
as far as i know japan doesnt have a big scene in any fps game other than apex legends which is pretty much the most different game compared to valorant while still being an fps game, they need new talents and coaches to come through and learn the game from scratch and get better fundamentally
for now, they should put their best talent in one team rather than splitting solid players across 2 teams and having a couple stinkers in the same team
why is latam is the lowest but brazil is the highest
dfm and koi have too big of fanbases to be pushed out
liquid, c9, furia and mibr are all legacy teams in tac shooters and cant see them pushed out
2g earned their spot
global need to choose do they want a good international team or a developmental indian team, if they dont choose then they can be replaced
all fine now, had to refit 2 of the skylights in my house because the storm blew them off and 2 days ago was very fucking cold
how did gentle mates look? was excited for that game
my electric was down from a storm so i didnt see the last 2 games of emea, how did the teams look
the rhetoric of marvel rivals killing other games is so crazy to me, i know noone who plays only marvel rivals
lung complications from covid, mini confirmed
giants looked great, KC looked great, both teams look great
skill issue that you cant see that
why do people talk about scrims like we know everything that happens in them?
one of the only shows ive watched that didnt have a boring episode
and yes I liked the fly episode
tomaszy didnt have enough freedom on smokes last year I remember him constantly being held back on icebox on viper and not playing that more aggresive style that he just shown he is definitely better at
the level in americas has me skipping most of their games after a couple rounds didnt even realise they werent there last week
great team but all of EMEA has got much better, still have potential to become a top 3 team by the end of the year especially if they sort out their pretty rough team comp understanding
kayo brings almost nothing that tejo brings other than the suppress, two completely different classes of agents
na cast is impossible to listen to if brenshow isnt on im ngl
GX are good, KC had a bad read of lotus and bind, kind of lucky to win bind when they couldnt play that comp right
GX because Cloud needs to be recognised for how good he is internationally
marvel rivals is a party game that has gigantic issues when you try and play it competitive, only thing its replacing is delusional overwatch fans
i remember watching him at ascension last year on sunset and he just walked up mid and killed 2 every round, rated him so high since then
you werent the only one rating him he was one of the standouts last year on M8
that was his first ever game of yoru? holy shit hes good
minny and click both flawless on fk/fd and TH only had 2 fk the whole game, thats rough
we gonna talk about americas this year?
meta doesnt suit him so taking a break is my guess
he doesnt need buffs, other initiators need nerfs
initiators are so busted rn as a class
also kaajak wasnt the main problem with fnatic when they played bbl, stop statwatching and watch the actual game
no he was incredible for apeks last year in polaris, it was his first game on an agent he didnt play as much last year with a completely new team and calling structure and youre filling derke's shoes
that said, i think if he doesnt perform he still stays but will be moved off duelist role because he has the aim to stay around
if you extend it to nw europe then mitch has also improved massively the last 2 years from when i didnt really like his casting to now hoping hes at every international with tom
i liked seeing keiko thrive on a non duelist so im a bit biased in liking that game even if i dont like TL as a whole
only 2 games I havent stopped watching of americas was g2 vs c9 because g2 looked so good and 100t vs sen because it was actually good, EMEA has been super good so far pretty much every game being close and lots of new faces in tier 1, cant say much for apac because its really awkward for me to watch with the timing of it
to me its because they refuse to pick up tier 2 players, so many players are recycled when they should be looking to tier 2
especially compared to emea, we have so many new players in the league compared to americas
americas is so boring this year compared to last
