The stat you're looking for would be ESR (entry success rate). Not sure where you'd find it for VCT but I think I've seen it in a Platoon video or two. It's not an uncommon stat, though... it's on VALORANT Tracker, at least

TenZ is North American so he caters to that audience; he's flashier as an individual player on average so people like watching him more; also the fact that he's a popular streamer (in English) means he has a sizeable fanbase to begin with
