I'm gonna be honest with you, dude. I took one look at your tracker and thought "damn, this guy needs to take a breather". I don't know if it's tilt queue or not, but either way you're queuing games to no end.

Consistency comes with time, but you need to work for it. Try playing maximum 4 games a day, and make sure you're locked in for every game you play. You will climb—when you do well in a game, you do unbelievably well, which tells me you have what it takes. Sure, you can't always be on your A game, but the fewer games you play, the less time you need to focus, and the less time you have to lose focus. Put in all your effort into a few games instead of dividing it up sparsely between several.
