You are not wrong about TH being in great form, but it seems like the loss to fnatic broke something. It feels like they were playing less sloppy before that, not to mention it seems like they are not shooting like they were before
Like broo what is my life, this team gave me hope for the first time since like 2023 at the start of this year and now what am I witnessing? Barely anyone is shooting back, and they just look lost, asleep
They still don't have the live kill counter for players like they used to, and I remember someone saying that it went away since the API used for that or something like that does not work online although I could be mistaken
Please no new map record on Ascent, I want to watch TL today without going to bed at 1 am
you do have a point, but at the same time, putting keiko on viper, when you have nats on your team is just trolling, no? But ig there could have been a better choice to replace kamyk, although idk since I dont watch T2
keiko did play astra on pearl tho, and its not like he did bad, pearl is/was just a bad map for TL in general
It would not be as bad if the games did not start so late in the day. Like in NA, I'm pretty sure the games start at like 14:00 local time. Idk why in emea they start them at like 17:00 Berlin time.
please please please PLEASE NO MORE solo keiko duelist. he is an insane player, but imo kamo is way better as a solo dive duelist
no one knows how to play properly after big meta shifts. They abused that fact.
My brother, and what do you call this if not adapting to a chaotic game state, and being better than the other teams. Any other team could have done the same. It's the same dumb rhetoric as Lock In does not count because "the teams were new and did not have experience", guess what, fnatic also had a new team, they all had the same circumstances
I have not watched icebox, but idk why they put keiko on solo duelist. I am a big fan of keiko, but imo kamo is better as a solo dive duelist, but maybe they got hard countered by kc.
after today's announcement, we shall hopefully be free of the 3 hour tech pause shackles
quick question: At what time locally do game days usually start for you? I am asking because until recently I had no idea that the same studio in EMEA is used for both LEC and VCT so I'm wondering if this also has an impact on the start times, since the way it has been up until now if the first match really goes the distance, then the second match could end at like 12 am in Berlin if I'm not mistaken which I don't think is ideal for players nor spectators.
maybe the real winner of emea was the tech pauses we made along the way

I think you mean nerf harbor
And my opponent is tejo
started watching comp val in like 2021. Never heard of any player before. Never played CS or watched CS tournaments. Only player I knew of was ScreaM, because of the "they talk about my one taps" meme and he was playing for TL at that time and so I've been rooting for TL ever since
Are they using the sony inzone, or whatever sony monitor is in those ads between games instead of zowie monitors?
maybe they spilled salsa on the main server and that's the reason for the tech pause
might have to start supporting GX now
I mean yeah, but if the players are not on the same wavelength it would be difficult for everyone to perform at their best. With Lohan and yaotzin the team has shown tremendous improvement in very little time between matches at both kickoff and now in stage 1, so I choose to trust in their decision making
I'm just taking a guess here, but in my mind it was either a different vision on how the team should play or just bad chemistry between the players. Imo in such situations no matter how good a player might be it would be hard to always perform at their best
personally I never understood why people hold champs so much higher than masters. I mean replace champs with masters in the name and you've essentially got yourself another masters tournament. The only difference is like the trophy is bigger
I mean from the little I've seen the last game at least it was not that bad, but idk
First TenZ, then keiko, now it seems jinggg and purp0 too. seems to be working pretty well too. What do all these coaches know that we don't?
does Koalanoob kinda look like Oscar Isaac?
If they can pull off the same rate of improvement as they did in kick off I could definitely see TL making a good run in Toronto, or if not at masters, then at Champs
People are saying that removing rechargeable abilities for all roles except smokes would make the game boring for casuals, but at what point does the util spam become too much even in unrated, if not tejo, another character will come, maybe even worse.
So we nerf pings because people abused them for post plants and the gameplay last year was plant, go back main and spam, but then they add a character that takes even less skill and makes the meta go to post-plant spam again? does this happen in LoL as well?
any ideas what it is or what it's for?
