What happens if DRG somehow win? FPX vs DRG?

posted 11 months ago

Looking back it's hard to believe the amount of people that hyped up T1 during kickoff, this is sad to see, they actually look washed

I like it when c0m throws

FPX beat FUT (step one complete)
DRG beat FUT
FPX beat TH
EDG or FPX beat FNC
If all or most of this happens, then yes China will officially surpass EMEA in their current form

posted 11 months ago

If TH get eliminated and FUT lose to DRG, how will you go on with the rest of your lives?

posted 11 months ago

If rematches aren't allowed I'd guess they can beat:
Team Heretics? Probably. They looked really poor against G2.
LEV? Unsure. Depends who is fragging aside from Aspas. Meanwhile Ayy, Berlin, Autumn and Life are all capable of dropping a 30 bomb.
T1? Absolutely. Might even be a 2-0.
DRG? FPX dominate DRG in China, so obv.

posted 11 months ago

Whole region is mid right now tbh, I'm a Heretics fan but that G2 match was shameless (we'll see how FNC perform, they could change peoples minds)

posted 11 months ago

Largely depends on Saya and izU's form, and if Aspas is the only one fragging high

posted 11 months ago

20 kills in 2 maps would be an improvement for him

posted 11 months ago

Honestly might just skip this one, likely LEV 2-1 but if T1 wins I'll be disappointed I missed it

Uninstall VLR

FPX looked absolutely unbelievable at some points in this match. What a game. Had me on the edge of my seat. Berlin's tp on ascent which made the casters and the crowd go crazy has to be one of the best things I've ever seen.

if yay went to China he can be good at the game again, yay vs rb would feed a whole generation

I have no idea why anyone has doubted GenG. They play some of the most disciplined, smart Valorant out of any region. Even if they were shaky in Split 1 it looks like they're already getting back in Madrid form from what I saw in map 2 and 3 against LEV. Only thing that was missing was Texture going crazy on Jett. They're a top 3 team right now.

posted 11 months ago

I'm a big EDG fan but I feel like they lowkey had their moment to do damage in an international already. Based off their performance in Madrid I'm not too hopeful about their chances in Shanghai or Champs 2024. They had a solid Split 1 but nothing that makes me think 'best in the world'.

Guardian has to be Munchkin

Both GenG and Team Heretics choked on Bind against SEN in Madrid. TH absolutely should've won Bind, but when they were about to get to 12 they just disrespected SEN for no reason and fell apart.

What's NRGs next match going to be? I'm assuming they'll go against a shitter team like FURIA and there will be 100 threads of "THEYRE BACK" and then once they go against a real team they'll get stomped. Just a prediction.

berlin

Babyj is kinda mid

posted 11 months ago

GenG play such disciplined Valorant I don't think they'll fall for FPX's tricks. But I think this game will be closer than most people think. 3 map game.

TH 2-0 these bums, leaf tries his hardest

posted 11 months ago

China is cNed's father so I'm not sure, probably FUT 2-1 but who knows at this point

posted 11 months ago

I know you have to look at from the perspective of 'DRG is the weakest team' but holy shit, if Heretics play like this against the stronger teams and woot is popping off on duelist like that, TH is a strong contender for the win.

Name the last great c0m performance

posted 11 months ago

I'm glad everyone will see that this guy is fucking nuts

posted 11 months ago

Underwhelming match. Not much back-and-forth. Convincing win for LEV on Icebox then GenG just stomped them into the ground. Aspas worked his ass off and made the match a bit exciting. It was depressing to see Aspas with 20+ kills and his team all in the single ditches on Breeze.

posted 11 months ago

c0m is quite literally a ranked teammate trolling in my ascendant lobbies

posted 11 months ago

LEV is arguably more reliant on Aspas than KRU is with Keznit (judging off Split 1 and now LEV's performance today). But KRU would've gotten whooped by GenG all the same, so.

posted 11 months ago

I didn't know so many people had LEV in their top 3

posted 11 months ago

What's next for Aspas? Without him LEV wouldn't have gotten any rounds on map 2 or 3.

yay raze pretty good

posted 11 months ago

I genuinely don't understand how anyone could say FPX winning was an upset unless you don't pay attention to China. FPX vs FUT was destined to be a close game and I knew it would go 3 maps. DRG though, their macro is not very good and their aimers (TZH) aren't the level of FPX. Still, it could be possible. TH would have to be having a really off day or have zero preparation for the 'Chinese deathmatch' style of gameplay.

posted 11 months ago

I think Demon1 deserves another shot. FNS, s0m, Victor on duelist, Demon1 on smokes and Ethan or Crashies for the last spot.

posted 11 months ago

I was happy to see the FPX boys show their firepower at an international, hope vo0k can do the same
