I tried doing a ranking of the 12 Shanghai teams earlier and realized only PRX, Heretics and I guess 100T have been playing strong Valorant recently. FPX have done great in their region but the real test will be an international because how can you really judge China games when they're basically just aim duels? The regression of teams post-Madrid is scary.

It's difficult to rank a team like FPX right now. I'm trying to rank teams on their current form and FPX has looked better than EDG. Everyone knows FNC have looked mid. FUT just lost to FNC. T1 and DRG are likely going to do terribly. FPX are one of the few Madrid teams to have actually improved after the event and not go into a slump.

I know this is an outdated list but no one is to going to convince me that FUT are playing better Valorant than 100T, GenG and LEV. There's a power gap between them and Team Heretics. They just lost to the 'washed FNC' in the most mid best of 5 I've seen. PRX and TH are absolutely the two best teams in Shanghai. GenG should be the dark horse in this race.

If G2 had a better duelist than Icy I think this team would've been in the conversation for one of the best in NA. This team looked fucking great against C9 and KRU. Valyn's calling, Leaf masterclasses, JonahP playing support perfectly, etc. Icy has FINALLY looked good but I'm not sold on him yet.
