Is map differential or round differential more important and also if it’s a 3 way tie but one team in the 3 way tie beat both of the others do they get placed above on h2h?

Would be a better igl than runi probably and has no team. Surely cost could have been lower than vanity’s too so why runi? I know c9 is kinda just a joke at this point but this move seemed kinda obvious.
