I think a big part of the weight loss process is mental strength. For people who have a diet filled with high calorie rich food, it's difficult to cut back. Especially if your diet has a lot of sugary food. You will literally face relapse symptoms as if you were on drugs. There is a medical term for it too. If you create a healthy food routine for yourself and control your cravings for the first 2 weeks or so, the rest of it should be easy. Giving up the rich foods is not physically difficult, just need to remind yourself of that.

PRX too undisciplined. A lot of teams have double duelist and aggressive playstyle but you need the util to back up the plays. But these guys mostly just dry peek everything and the only time they win rounds is when the opponents whiff or they hit giga shots
