Furia and NRG literally made the event with one of them placing top 3, KRU displayed a great showing against those two teams which again is why they are rated highly

LATAM (and BR if you count them) has had good results too though? Top 3 at champions seoul and top 6 at champions paris is nothing to be ashamed about. You are acting like they play like complete bums internationally when theres no way to prove that, the same argument can be made for pacific teams too. In KRU’s case they have a completely different roster from their previous iterations and now they are displaying some great valorant within their region (which also has the best neon players mind you), of course these analysts will have them in high regards whether you like it or not. I don’t agree that they are the number 1 team in the world but it’s not as crazy as it sounds if you look at how they are playing and who the teams they played were

yes, riens is off skye and koshmaras is frying on neon. as far as their next match, so far they only looked good on 2 maps compared to FUT who have shown more consistency but TH are on an upwards trajectory. jump on the train before it’s too late
if they can get the 2nd/3rd seed in their group they are in a good spot imo, most of the teams in the other group are bearable so they should not have too much problems.
even if the 100t game was a bit messy i saw some good signs from them, very confident they will turn it around and hopefully make london. although it would be really nice to see them try neon raze on maps like split and fracture, keikos potential would be unleashed and mada can have more consistent impact

bonkar is usually an advocate for proactivity and you can see that in their 2025 matches from stage 2 up until champs. it is indeed a bit strange that they resorted to playing passively vs KRU but a lot of things went wrong that game
As long as NRG has keiko and skuba in form I have hopes that they can make London, although I would like to see them win a map vs neon because their only map wins this stage were against non-neon comps
