I have yet to see an impressive performance out of Derke on Neon and/or Waylay which Kaajak had multiple good performances on
TH is ranked #24 in platchat btw, other teams that placed 6th in kickoff were placed higher except for china just to add on to your point
oh yeah that I agree with, one way I could somewhat justify it is that they placed 4th in kickoff which is the best placement you can get while not qualifying
I have a bad feeling that fnc will make a comeback
wouldn’t be surprised if that happened, fnc’s comp is better on attack + they are the best team when it comes to making a comeback
teams should be playing more vyse and kj if they want to play sentis imo
2/3 international winners in 2025 won while playing little to no cypher , he also doesn’t provide as much value as pre-nerf vyse (actually come to think about it, vyse now is better) or even KJ

didn’t watch the map but noticed that JDG got 9 rounds in defense with a vyse vs FPX with their double duelist neon waylay. How much value did the Vyse actually get on defense if anyone’s watched it?
they sucked but i think it was more so the core not working out anymore rather than it solely being on mr falin
LEV probably, they barely have any haters while having a dedicated and large fanbase
the general consensus is that MIBR with time will improve and be one of the best americas teams… but I don’t think they will actually be that much better, frod-led teams have never particularly been impressive on lotus and fracture (the 2 maps that are coming back in), what will the team play once double duelist is out of the meta? Double initiator or double smokes is the ideal choice but who’s going to play the viper or second initiator? Lot of questions to be answered
with spring back on smokes and glacier the new prospect coming in sure maybe they could do something but that’s about it

NS had the 3rd most dominant run ever + RRQ got dominated on the maps they lost they really didn’t have a chance they’re probably one of the worst examples you could think of. The only team who actually tested them was G2

joshrt (map vetos and comps), neilzinho (comps and role issues), termi (roster moves, comps and sometimes map vetos)
on a side note i just noticed how 3 of the biggest choker teams (G2 DRX and TH) have one thing in common
he genuinely might have even worse games than our goat zellsis
Doesn’t mean he’ll be an insane IGL especially when that’s not even his role
i think a lot of teams will play neon waylay as opposed to the yoru so vyse will have an easier time dealing with double duelist aggression
