Is it just me or smurfing is low-key fun? I'm ascendant 2 rn but I started valorant like 2 years ago and I was hardrruck iron 1 0-30 rating for like the first 3 months cuz I played against smurfs most of the time. The games in my own rank are way too sweaty and you constantly have to pay attention to everything. When you're in gold/plat you can just turn off your brain and use Spotify with full volume and still drop 40. It's actually enjoyable

It's depressing to see teams like C9 and capable teams from other regions simply never set foot on an international stage. At least increase the number of teams that can qualify. Just 4 teams from each region almost every time is not fun to watch.
