i am not hating but the role overlap is so much you just cant overlook it, if they get hero plays form xeppa leaf yay and zellsis round after round they can win, but i can't see a structure.
i always favor eu and na over apac mostly.

nope, the team is made up of 3 flex players, 2 entries, 2 sentinels.
This team has so much role overlap it is crazy, big hitters but not at the right spot, only win condition is if somehow they just out aim prx in game

posted about 2 years ago

C9 is in no position to play against prx, they will get smoked.

i would still pick lev due to region bias

hello moatz. Long time no see
by outreach i mean, the amount of care and dedication poured into t2 scene by fans in na was way more than eu, the region needs development, most t2 team in eu never played t1 teams for prize pool, this affects their knowledge of the game and cripples the player when they come into the new state of valo.
where as knights gauntlet some streamer events always had some t2 team going up against t1 teams which kinda made the t2 scene strong in a way

posted about 2 years ago

franchising won't let that happen, teams are finding themselves RN. Maybe they win regionally

posted about 2 years ago

At this point the stark difference is the talent pool
EMEA's regional power is low, the regional outreach was low too, that is why they don't have any good t2 players (talent wise) who jumped into t1 scenes when franchising came to VALORANT whereas NA's t2 talent was just t1 people who were dropped form t1 teams it was a recycle bin so franchising did not matter much for NA, yes many top tier talents were dropped but the ones who are in t1 scene are just better.
EMEA needs to chill and give their players some time to ease into their respective roles. Their top team have always been better, instead of blaming and flaming people just calm your tits and dont get worked up over a single elim tournament.

most brain dead take ever, every t1 team took the best players they can, some player were taken for clout, some for talent, idk what the idea of roster formation for dfm was but you need to respect the fact that most team rn are sufering from identity crises, all of them have potential.

they just need to ease into their roles and hopefully everything works out

posted about 2 years ago

they just have an identity crsis rn, some 'good 'team also has this.
C9
TL (to some extent)
heretics

The roster will grow and will be better as soon as they ease into their respective roles

get a solid anchor player: only reason sheydos is anchor is because they don't have one. It does not mean sheydos is a bad player,he is the only good thing that came from the KOI camp last match. This is so he can pick agents that can operate solo if need be and rotate fast to other site which KOI seem to be lacking and be pivotal in team fights and holding the plant sites instead of playing post plant and rotating late.
let wolfen stay: people hating on this guy is just pathetic it his first time on big stage on a dumb single elim tournament, trust me you would be worse.
lot of teams are having identity crisis, val plays different from traditional tac fps, you either need people who are good at role(example suygetsu cned nAts yay) or you need to give people time to get into a role and hope the time and efforts pay off (example s0m and sheydos who did better in their new roles than their team on their comfort picks).

Calling all all active VLR players! The Valorant Community Cup Season 2 is here, and it's your chance to show off your skills . This tournament is open to players of all ranks and regions, so whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this is the perfect opportunity to prove yourself against some of the best players in the game.

But remember, this is not a professional tournament - it's all about having fun and enjoying the game. This is your chance to hang out with other Valorant fans, make new friends, and have a good time. So don't be shy - even if you're just a casual ranked player, we encourage you to sign up and give it your best shot.

We've noticed that participation from the EMEA region has been a bit low, so we want to especially encourage all the skilled players in the EMEA region to represent yourselves and show the world what you're made of. Don't let this chance pass you by - sign up now and prove that the EMEA region has some of the fiercest competitors in the game.

So grab your weapons, sharpen your skills, and get ready to dominate the competition. The Valorant Community Cup Season 2 is the ultimate test of your abilities, and we can't wait to see what you're capable of.
