NA quite literally is the Turkey region, firepower is abundant but there is no focus on the strategical side. SEN are the poster child of this problem along with TSM and 100T. Let me explain my thoughts in 2 simple points.

1. THE DUNNING KRUGER EFFECT
   Just because you out-frag your whole competitive Elo does not mean you will play against five who have the same mechanical caliber similar to you but have the strats and players who peek off of each other rather than just sit by and wait while anticipating their entry to get an ace. For example with SEN no one peeks off of SICK AND TENZ. Why are you not peeking when they have created space? Whereas for example with OPTIC Yay peeks off of victor when he is Chamber and victor peeks off of Yay when is jett and victor is flex, same with C9 TGRD and V1. With Eu teams, you never fight one person alone the trades are lightningfast example GAMBIT ACEND FPX FNC. Trades should be there, if you are not trading off of your teammates why are you playing in pro play? ARE YOU THAT BAD OR JUST THAT DELUSIONAL THAT YOU CAN WIN EVERY CLUTCH WITH YOUR GOD LIKE AIM AND GET A CLIP.
   Coming back to NA as a whole we just think we are the best, the ego not only of the player but the supporters is so huge it is honestly embarrassing. We only have one lan trophy that too when VALORANT as pro play was in it's genesis but now the regions have caught up ability usage, aim, strats have gradually expanded while we are still in the world of clip farmers and think we will one day win champions

2. THE OPERATOR JETT DEPENDENCY AND LACK OF GOOD SUPPORT PLAYERS
   I am not an OP hater neither I hate jett for that disgusting dash, but really that one dash gives only one person on your team a get out of jail free ticket, when he saves his life your team has to step up. As maps like bind and split are becoming more popular you have to expand your teams agent pool. Also what about the support and flex agents, have we forgot this game has 4 classes and 5 players. Teams like fnc, gambit, fpx, liquid and all EMEA teams have god tier support agent, lurkers, clutch players and flex players. NATS, CHRONICLE, NUKKEYE, AVOVA, BRAVEAF, MISTIC, PAURA, ZEEK, BONECOLD, LINK, NIVERA just to name a few. They out frag their duelist and are they main focus of their region while we just sit for our jett to get that operator clip.
   Regarding sen they have no protocol for jett entry. ZOMBS is totally not coordinated with the entry fraggers of his team no flex to support. YOU HAVE TO ENTRY INTO THE SITE TO GET THE WIN ON ATTACK HALVES. This pressures TENZ and other operator jetts to pick up the op and try to force their way onto a site and the other teams are prepared for that. THE JETT OP IS GODD BUT IT WON'T CARRY YOUR TEAM TO FINALS OF CHAMPIONS.

I am not a SEN fanboy nor do i hate or love any NA team blindly for a single bad tourney but i do want to some good games, like the games they play in EMEA. The pick'ems this time were heartbreaking for both EMEA AND NA but for completely different reasons. EMEA HAD TOO MANY OPTIONS MAKING ME QUESTION WILL MY FAV TEAMS MAKE IT OUT, BUT FOR NA IT WAS AS SCREAM SAID "PREDICATABLE". ALSO I DO NOT WANT TO CONDONE ANY HATE TOWARD ANY PRO PLAYER. There might be more problems with NA please fell free to share what you think

I don't mean get zander just get someone like him someone who likes playing the role and can keep up with the meta shifts and still provide enough well placed utility for your team to get on a site and still frag out when need be

I mean at this point all NA teams should know that only a top fragging jett will carry you against less prepared teams only(like rise and 100t) not against teams on which every agent is popping off, teams have anti strats for operator plays and entry is also pivotal but most jett players in NA have operator crutch. NA as a whole region should learn to know that it ain't a deathmatch with jett dash.......
Teams like GMB FNC LIQUID FPX have high quality support players(Braveaf, Nats, Chronicle, NIVERA and LINK etc.) and flex which usually out frag main duelists.
