who are they better than that's above them? I'd argue they should be lower.
Riot has a thing for harshly nerfing the best agents and barely buffing the worst, sure it prevents power creep but it just results in way too many characters feeling/being impactful
they need to start buffing the worse agents to keep rather than tearing the rest into the ground. KJ was never during Chamber meta, she's just busted now because her main competitor is gone, and now they're nerfing her aswell. they're just lowering the overall power level of the game and making it feel worse to play

every emea team has a dedicated fanbase that turn up to most of their matches and cheer for them
half of the matches in americas don't have their fans with them bc its so far from home
