premiere is too volatile of a system to be completely replacing tier 2, no org representation until the final stages in an awful idea, riot is not going to fund a universal salary for these players, teams getting no funding for coaches or analysts until the second split is stupid, orgs picking up whole teams instead of personally selecting and helping build will lead to a whole bunch of issues. how will it be decided which org gets to pick up the best rosters? overall imo it'll just start forcing even more orgs from the scene because they have even less control over the outcome of their team. idk how anybody read "NO ORGS UNTIL THE VERY END" and thought this is a good idea it leaves players without so much of the support necessary to forming a good team.
