TBH, it's a tough debate but I think that TenZ is the better player for SEN IMO. His frags per round have a tendency to be very impactful to the outcome of the round. Although Sinatraa is more of a team player as he often plays Sova and gets the team vital info that they could use in the round to help them win, I would argue that TenZ is more effective at getting impactful frags, while Sinatraa is better at getting info, but I deem TenZ as the better player since he scores a higher ACS* and he wins more of his aim duels, plays with the team while also trying to entry frag and his more consistent.
