i had this issue too, what i did to fix it was going to my valorant config (with win + r , entering %localappdata% -> VALORANT -> Saved -> Config) where you'll find some folders that correspond to your account token. u then need to find which folder is ur alt account (i did this by slightly changing my settings on both account one after the other and seeing which one was last modified) and copy and paste the GameUserSettings (%localappdata% -> VALORANT -> Saved -> Config -> accounttokenhere -> Windows) file that's in ur main account folder to ur alt account's
