It's not. First of all, going windowed mode won't give it a stretch to make the models big. Second of all, if it actually did that then it would be blatant competitive advantage. Riot explicitly said that they won't give us native true stretched. The only way to do it is through winexp, which is bannable.

Well it's not worth it. Window borders means that top border which has the minimize and fullscreen controls. Doing that will obviously add input delay, unless you use winexp (which still has input delay) and risk getting banned because Vanguard doesn't fuck around.
Why do you want to make the game and your entire screen look like shit while adding on input delays just to get that placebo effect of character models being bigger?
If the models aren't bigger (hence giving competitive advantage) then it's not true stretched.
